Partnered with a very large Indian transnational group to train their managers to help them change their behaviour and focus on developing and growing their teams while demanding performance. PMOs were set up to track the implementation and review the progress. The impact was measured through employee engagement and improvement in business performance for select companies. These companies registered significant growth in revenues and profits and created a competitive advantage that was difficult to replicate for the competition.
