We partnered with the client to design and impart training to sales force for creating appreciation of their role in building relationship with dealers and making them effective in selling to and servicing the final customers; and building skills to perform the role. This was followed by specific implementation plans to be carried out by the client teams. We program managed to ensure effective and efficient implementation. This resulted in sales growth of 30% and consequent improvement in market share.
