Setting up processes for performance management, talent identification, talent development, career progression and rewards & recognition We partnered with a large media house which had grown at an exponential rate in the past five years. The objective was to sustain the growth momentum and to improve profitability. The new strategy needed significant support from Human Resources in a structured fashion. We helped client cascade strategy using 4 perspective score card and creating a performance management system around it.

We also identified competencies necessary for the new strategy and incorporated the same in the performance management system for potential identification. The potential identification was linked to talent development and career progression. The performance management was also linked to rewards and recognition.
